Sathu Maavu is a multigrain, millet based homemade health mix that can be prepared ahead of time and can easily made into sweet or savory porridge. Traditionally it is made by dry roasting a number of grains, millets and nuts until golden brown & fragrant, before being ground into a fine powder.
